Step into a transformative experience under the full moon’s powerful energy with our Full Moon Intentions with Candles + Cosmic Sound Bath class. This sacred evening combines the ancient practice of candles & intentions with the healing resonance of a cosmic sound bath, designed to guide you in setting purposeful intentions, releasing blockages, and welcoming new beginnings.

In this session, we’ll start by exploring the art of using candles with intentions—a focused practice of using candlelight and personal intentions to manifest your desires. You’ll be guided to choose a candle that resonates with your intentions and learn how to empower it with meaning, herbs, color, and intention-setting techniques.

Following the candle practice, we’ll ease into a cosmic sound bath where the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes and other harmonious instruments create a meditative soundscape. Let the vibrations wash over you, deepening your release and amplifying the energy of your intentions.

This class is a beautiful way to honor the full moon’s influence, grounding yourself in mindful practice and cosmic alignment. No experience is necessary—just bring an open heart, comfortable clothing, water and perhaps a journal for reflection.
