My classes are sacred spaces for mind, body, and soul—designed to guide you inward through reflection, intentional self-awareness practices, and deep inner work. Together, we create a container for healing, connection, and transformation, where you’re encouraged to slow down, show up, and rediscover your own inner peace. Rooted in community and compassion, my work supports the journey of self-healing and authentic living.
Over 90% of my classes are offered on a donation basis because I truly believe that healing and transformation should be available to everyone. We will begin the evening with guided breathwork designed to gently calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and prepare the body to receive the healing vibrations of sound on a deeper level. Through intentional breath, we create space within ourselves — softening tension, grounding into the present moment, and opening the heart before we fully melt into the sound bath experience.
Once grounded, you’ll be immersed in a candlelit cosmic sound bath with singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other sacred sounds created to guide you into deep rest, energetic clearing, inner peace, and reconnection with self.
This is a space to slow down.
