RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Devi_Malas + Shannons Essentials does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. All returns must be submitted via our returns portal which can be found at: info@yogilifenutrition.com

RETURN TIMEFRAME:
Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of your item(s) delivery date. If we do not receive your return within 14 days after it was delivered, it will not be accepted for store credit.

RETURN PROCESS:
Once your return(s) is submitted through email  info@yogilifenutrition.com, it will be in review.  After your return is approved by Stacy, you will receive a follow-up email with the return instructions and shipping address. Please make sure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back to us.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s).  Devi_Malas + Shannons_Essentials does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part. We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

STORE CREDIT:
Once we receive your return back to us, it will be processed for store credit within 3-5 business days. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not have an expiry date.

REFUNDS:
We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. No exceptions. Only store credit is issued.
