My classes are for people of all ages and all skill levels. I am here to support and guide you throughout your entire practice; holding a safe space to explore new ideas with your mind and body.

Nesting materials (yoga mat, pillows, cozy blanket, etc.)

Sunblock / Bug Spray

Directions: Enter CITY PARK at E 17th & Esplanade. Take your FIRST right BEFORE you enter the round about. Head towards the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial. Enter the round about and take the 3rd exit then PARK! You will see my table set up on the left side of the street. If there is a soccer game then you will see my table set up on the right side of the street. If you get lost, call or text: 720-725-8560.
